• Medication delivery to Richmond and Delta once daily, weekly, monthly, or other custom schedule that suits your needs for ALL days of the year (365 days!)

  • Medication provided in specialized blister packaging that can be separated into breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bedtime slots everyday of the week
  • Twice daily visitation available with additional out-of-pocket costs

• Report frequently to your primary care providers and specialists so they can stay informed of your condition as early as possible

  • We will work closely with you primary care providers or specialists to implement changes to your medication therapy to make sure your condition receives the best possible care in a timely manner

• After-hours dedicated Nursing support phoneline to help address your concerns

• Medication delivery can be done by licensed nurses that can perform additional services: 

• • Administer injectable medications such as insulin, vaccines, vitamin B12 shots, etc via intramuscular or subcutaneous routes
  • On-site medication crushing for administer through feeding tubes
  • Help with the use of medication devices such as inhalers, nebules, continuous glucose monitors like Dexcom and Freestyle Libre sensors
  • Vital monitoring such as measurement of blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, etc
  • Help with taking medication during visitation time to minimize chance for forgetting doses or overdosing
  • On-the-fly medication or dose adjustments in response to changes to your condition based on pre-established orders from your primary care providers or specialists

• We will answer your questions and assess if your situation will benefit from our program, then coordinate with your primary care provider or specialists to transition your care to our pharmacy to receive the service

Our program works with your BC Pharmacare coverage as well as most private insurances:

• if your Pharmacare or private insurance normally provides coverage for your medications at X% then they will also cover X% of the cost of our program similarly
• Our program normally costs $30 per day for those without Pharmacare or private insurance

Ultimately in most cases, patients that see their medication expenses normally covered during the year by Pharmacare can expect their total yearly medication/pharmacy expenses to be nearly the same!
