New Prescription

Option 1: Physically drop off the prescription at our pharmacy counter

Option 2: Ask your physician office/hospital/pharmacy to directly fax us your prescription (if faxed to us from anywhere else please call us to verify it can be considered valid and you may need to bring us the original prescription at pick-up)

*Option 3: Send us a copy of your prescription through electronic means (app, social media, messaging platforms, email, etc.) is NOT RECOMMENDED as we cannot guarantee the privacy and security of these channels. Do so at your own risk*

Refill Prescription

Option 1: Call the pharmacy during business hours to get us to prepare your refills for pick-up

Option 2: Physically drop-by the pharmacy to request the refill in person. Note that request through this means may be subject to longer wait times depending on how busy the pharmacy is at the time of your arrival

*Option 3: Send us a refill request through electronic means (app, social media, messaging platforms, email, etc.), and try not to include too much identifying information as we cannot guarantee the privacy and security of these channels, usually the name of the patient and the prescription number will suffice. Include additional details at your own risk*

Public Vaccinations

MASK REQUIRED AS PER HEALTH CENTRE POLICY

Childhood Routine Vaccinations: Please come to the pharmacy or call us to to inquire if your child (usually <19 y.o) qualifies (must live, work, or go to school in Richmond). If you were provided a letter from the BC Health Ministry regarding which vaccines your child needs please present that at the pharmacy as well

Common Vaccines of this type: Hepatitis A, Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertusis (TDaP), Meningitis C, Measle/Mump/Rubella (MMR), Varicella, HPV, pneumonia (old formulation)

COVID Vaccines and Yearly Influenza (Flu) vaccination 

 Note: Public Vaccinations is limited to BC Residents onl

Private Vaccinations

Common Vaccines of this type: RSV, HPV (those >19), shingles, Pneumonia (newer), *Hepatitis B (additional requirement may be needed)

Note: BC Residents will have not need to pay extra injection fee as it is covered by pharmacare whereas non-residents may need to pay extra injection fee out-of-pocket

Note: Please bring your active service card/BC care card to the pharmacy to receive the service (service fee covered for BC residents, non-residents may need to pay an additional fee to receive service)

Blister Pack & Pill Organizer

Frequency: we can provide your medication sorted into 4 timeslots per day of the week at:

• weekly intervals
• every 2 weeks
• every 4 weeks

Note: if more frequent interval than weekly is required or if visitation by nurse needed please contact our homecare medication management service: Care@Home

Free Delivery:

We currently have free deliveries for Richmond area on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Note: for deliveries of OTC items without prescription items there may be additional delivery cost, otherwise please see our storefront on FanTuan

Medication Review:

For those who have quite a few medications that they take regularly (especially for those who are on 5 or more medications chronically) the pharmacist will help you go over your current medications to make sure you understand what each is for

Note: service is free for BC residents, non-residents may receive the service for a fee

Prescription Extension:

For those that have stable chronic conditions that require chronic medications and have not had any medication changes in the past 6 months or more then the pharmacist may be able to help extend your existing prescription for those conditions if you ran out and have difficulty getting refills from your regular primary care provider
